CHOICE HOLIDAYS is the trade name of Choice Holidays Limited, a limited liability company registered in Malta (C 74858, VAT: MT23215435), a member of the European Union.

Choice Holidays has been providing a one-stop-shop service for flights, car hire, airport transfers, accommodation and package holidays since 1983. The company was initially set up to assist tourists staying in hotels and member of holiday clubs in Malta and Gozo, who were mostly British, in the procurement of low cost flights and travel arrangements for holidays to Malta through its website choiceholidays.eu.

The air holidays and flights on this website are Insolvency Protected, since we are bonded by Insolvency Fund in Malta and hold a License granted by the Malta Tourism Authority. Our licence number is TRA/C/01.

In the unlikely event of our insolvency, the Insolvency Fund in Malta will ensure that you are not stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you have paid to us for an advance booking. But Insolvency protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services listed on this website. Please ask us to confirm what protection may apply to your booking.
